Musano began with a new chapter in Germany.
We are an Ecuadorian couple who came here with different personal goals and found, along the way, the inspiration to build something of our own. Noah moved to Germany to reconnect with his family and roots. I came to continue my studies.
As we adapted to a new language and culture, we discovered things we truly loved here: the appreciation for homemade products, the sense of self care, and quark! We fell in love with it because it is light, high in protein, and full of possibilities.
With Noah’s background in gastronomy and my passion for creating and learning, Musano slowly took shape. We wanted sweet options we could enjoy more often, with fresh ingredients, better balance, and the freedom to personalize every creation.
So we created our own.
Musano brings together creamy cold desserts, warm bites and fresh toppings, all made to be customized your way. More than a foodtruck, it is part of our journey and the beginning of something we hope will keep growing.
Musano begann mit einem neuen Kapitel in Deutschland.
Wir sind ein ecuadorianisches Paar, das mit unterschiedlichen persönlichen Zielen hierherkam und unterwegs die Inspiration fand, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen. Noah zog nach Deutschland, um sich wieder mit seiner Familie und seinen Wurzeln zu verbinden. Ich kam, um mein Studium fortzusetzen.
Als wir uns an eine neue Sprache und Kultur gewöhnten, entdeckten wir Dinge, die wir hier wirklich liebten: die Wertschätzung für hausgemachte Produkte, das Bewusstsein für Selfcare und Quark! Wir haben uns in ihn verliebt, weil er leicht, proteinreich und voller Möglichkeiten ist.
Mit Noahs Hintergrund in der Gastronomie und meiner Leidenschaft fürs Kreieren und Lernen nahm Musano langsam Form an. Wir wollten süße Optionen, die man öfter genießen kann: mit frischen Zutaten, besserer Balance und der Freiheit, jede Kreation persönlich zu gestalten.
So haben wir unser eigenes Konzept geschaffen.
Musano verbindet cremige kalte Desserts, warme Bites und frische Toppings – alles so gemacht, dass du es nach deinem Geschmack personalisieren kannst. Mehr als ein Foodtruck: Es ist Teil unserer Reise und der Anfang von etwas, das weiter wachsen soll.
